It is not too slippery but helps my chair glide to all areas of my desk. It stays "stuck" to the carpet without bunching up. A great mat for your desk.

my office chair would roll all over my wooden floor. now it stays still while I'm working. also i sometimes drop small beads and jewelry pieces on the floor now i can see them. i like this floor mat. it is easy to put down. it does pay to follow the directions. im glad i purchased this .

LOVE IT!! the most important thing is, i can stick it to my floor so it doesn't move. i live on the 3rd floor and work from home. i always consider my neighbors below me, and this is the best!!. keeps the noise down from my chair, having to move around all day, and i can move it, and the sticky stuff is still sticky!! love it
