2、Note:The chair mat may come stiff in cold weather and will turn soft in warm or hot condition and easy to unroll,please take the following measures if the mat become curled:1. Unpack your mat and warm up to room temperature 22℃/72°F(Shower hot water, put it by the air outlet of the air conditioner or in the sun)2. place heavy items such as a stack of book on the corners of the mat or any curled areas. your mat will be gradually retain its flat state.this could take about 72 hours depending on the encironment conditions.

3、Addition Note:If curling issues still exists, please use a hair dryer on proble areas. place hair dryer no closer than 2.54 cm and move back and forth overthe target area. Once the area has been heated, bend the mat in the opposite direction. It can be put into use normally after being heated.
